He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Christopher and Virginia Ruth Luckensmeier Johnson; and his son Henry Marvin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cannon Johnson; his children, Chris Johnson (Tessa Cliburn) and Heather Donelson (Bo); his brother John Robert Johnson (Judy); and his grandchildren, Holdyn Beshears, Cannon Johnson, Greenley and Gentry Donelson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
