She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Herbert Puckett and Myrtle Irene Foutch Puckett; her husband Herbert "Bubba" Shadowens, Jr.; her sons, Randy Michael Taylor, Terry Lynn Shadowens and Johnny Shadowens; her siblings, James Donald Puckett and Nina Bain; and her children-in-law, Howard Biggs and Mary Lou Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Taylor, Debra Beasley (Howard), Linda Biggs, Tony Shadowens, Austin Shadowens, Jennifer Denton and Pam Shadowens; and her brother W. J. Puckett. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
