Morris Self Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025, at the age of 57, Morris Self of Ashland City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eldon, Novell Puckett, Thomas Otho and Grace Self; and his uncles, Wilbur Miller, Gill Sears and Troy Puckett.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Puckett Self; his wife Tina Self; his brother Phillip, Jr. Britton (Candice); his father-in-law Phil, Sr. Britton (Barbara); his niece Hannah Gunn (Jesse); his great-nephews, Cameron Keen and Emerson Gunn; his nephew Noah Britton; and his aunts, Dana Dunn (Brian), Winta Sears, Ova Miller and Judy Puckett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (6316 Hwy 41 A, Pleasant View, TN 37146). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204).
