He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Spurgeon Brassell and Arnish Tatum Brassell; his wife Glenda Brassell; his children, Joslin Tatum Brassell, Arnisha Faye Brassell and Sherry Brent (Raymond); his granddaughter Pearis LaFaye Brassell; his niece Anna; his nephews, Larry Henderson and Danny Henderson; and his friend James "Jim" Smith. He was also cherished by other grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and lots of other friends.
