He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ward and Lula Mae Hooper Ward; and his grandson Clayton Graves. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Simpkins Ward; his children, David Ward and Wendy Chandler (Jamey); his brothers, Jimmy Ward (Nancy) and Randy Ward (Barbara); his grandchildren, T. J. Bennett, Kristen Breakfield and Adrian Ward; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Ladyn and Serenity.
