She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forbes and Iris Forbes (Stewart); her son John Keith Cushman; and her brother Hubert Alton Forbes. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Cushman; her daughter Angela Heine (Jon); and her grandchildren, Dylan and Abby Heine.
