He was predeceased by: his parents, John Unsworth Allen and Wilma Allen (Unsworth); and his former wife Janet Lenore Allen (Nogle). He is survived by: his wife Carole; his siblings, Tom (Shirley) of Phoenix, AZ and Sydney "Jill" of Provo, UT; and his stepdaughters, Kimberly and Leigh Ann. He is also survived by four grand daughters; two grandsons; three great granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
