He was predeceased by: his father Howard Milliken. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Milliken (Binkley); his wife Roanda Perry Milliken; his son Jeremy Milliken (Lisa); his siblings, James "Bud" Milliken (Edith), Dean Turrentine (Harold), Rita Harrison (Jeff) and Barbie Butler (Eddie); and his pet Nico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
