He is survived by: his wife Juanita Shivers Glasgow; his children, Merle Glasgow (Cathie), Sherry Drake (Jerry) and Regina Simpkins (Wayne); his grandchildren, Jeri Lynn Savage (Gary), Traci Williams (Matt), Angie Hughes (Jason), Kerri Drake, Bryan Simpkins (Ashley), Andrea Lavender (Stephen), Melinda Simpkins, Caitlin Glasgow and Mallory Glasgow; his brothers, Cliett Goodpasture and Mike Fox; his friend Alfred Morris; and also, John Bright Cage, Scott Brown, Jesse Shivers, Royce Shivers, Grady Hardin and Mac McGuire.
