He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" B. Powers; and his brother Andrew Todd Powers (Holly). He is survived by: his wife Clara Roman (Powers); his mother Doye Lattimer; his sister Mary Glasgow (Mike); his children, Frank Powers, Jr. (Kandy), Jeremy Powers (Tammy), Crystal Parker (Roger) and Stevi Warner (Bryan); his grandchildren, Sam Powers, Max Powers, Lily Powers, Lexy Reed, Adalyn Hicks, Triton Parker and Braxton Parker; and his great grandchild Ellie Benefield. He is also survived by his family, friends.
