He is survived by: his spouse Floria Bell Binkley Nipper; and his children, Herschel Nipper, Jr. (Christy), Kimberly Clark (Wayne), Teresa Morris (Richard) and Lisa Culver (Jason). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
