He was predeceased by: his parents, Jvan Pylant and Lila Mae Hall Pylant; his daughter Kim Reed; his siblings, Donald Pylant, Brenda Ford and Vanlon Pylant; his grandson Kory Reed; and his great grandchild Brantley Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Mears (Kent) and Brandon Pylant (Sunshine); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Tucker (Doug), Amanda Sparks (Chris), Amy Thompson (Mike), Kellie Reed and Adam Foernsler.
