He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Amos Smock and Daisy Mai Smock; and his brother Haywood Smock (Julian). He is survived by: his wife Wilmatean Smock; his son Gerald Lee Smock (Rebecca); and his sister Patricia Tidwell. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (101 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
