He was predeceased by: his son Gary Jason Duke; his parents, Hollis Duke and Margaret Duke; and his sisters, Shirley Watson, Janice Duke, Nikki Sue, Charlotte and Puppy.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Duke; his daughter Angela Stewart (Tony); his grandsons, Joshua Carey, Matthew Carey and Adam Carey; his great grandchildren, JJ and Mackenzie Carey; his sisters, Elaine Sutterfield and Barbara Pardue; and his nieces, Molly and Minnie. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, grandsons, and great grandchildren.
