He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Toney, Constance Patterson and Donna Basham (Bobby); his nephews, Shane Patterson (Marissa) and Jackie Toney; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Toney, Meghan Parker, Jackie Toney II and Brody Patterson; his stepchildren, Josh Meeks, Lori Copley (Bryan) and Melissa Spence (Michael); and his stepgrandchildren, Dario Meeks, Michael Meeks, Kalia Rouse (Benjamin), Kriston Spence, Jacob Spence and Alex Meeks.
