He is survived by: his wife Ina Gibbs Louallen; his children, Chris Louallen (Samantha), Ty Louallen (Mandy), Shana Smock and Shelley Newman (Jeff); his sisters, Linda Binkley, Ruth Vance (Hugh) and Stella Spann; his grandchildren, Danielle Arnold (Jeff), Morgan Louallen (John), Jesse Smock, Joanna Barnett (Reed), Desiree Hall (Cody) and Owen Newman; his great grandchildren, Ivy Arnold, Abbigrace and Colton Hall; and his sons, Stacey "Bubba" Duke (Dusty), Dakota, Starr Hagewood (Mark), Dan Hooper and Dan Dowlen (Wendy).
