He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphe Cassista and Yvonne M. Poitras Cassista; his siblings, Lloyd J. Cassista and Laura Marie Cassista Bellis; and his grandson Joseph McKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Anne F. Donaldson Cassista; his children, Floyd B. Cassista, Jr. (Ivy) and Kim Marie Cassista (Bill McCord); and his grandchildren, Floyd B. Cassista, III, Noah McKenzie and Theresa Marie Cassista. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
