He is survived by: his wife Fay Adcox Perry; his sister Edna Lee Boyd; and his sons, Barry Perry (Teresa), Phillip Perry (Cindy) and Mark Perry (Michelle). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
