He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert C. Fish, Sr. and Lucy Mai Fish (MacKechnie); his siblings, Richard Fish, Jim Fish, Bob Fish and Dorothy Fish; and his granddaughter Kallie Rahe Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fish; and his children, Elbert (Katy), Jon Fish (Tammy), Janice Black (Danny) and Karen Nwokeabia (Benedict). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
