Edward Austin Turrill Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 76, Edward Austin Turrill of Ashland City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Turrill and Ula Gautreau; and his sister Cheryl Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Turrill; his children, Aaron Turrill (Jennifer) of Nashville and Shannon Mitsouras (Dimitrius) of Mooresville, NC; his brothers, David Turrill (Michelle) of Elyria, OH, Ron Yeakle (JoAnne) of Metter, GA and Chris Gautreau of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandsons, Christopher Turrill, Joshua Turrill, Cooper Turrill, Uly Mitsouras and Eddie Mitsouras.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (101 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation in Ed's memory to the Bethesda Center in Ashland City or the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.
