She was predeceased by: her parent Tommie Perry; her husband James Ray Smock; and her siblings, Robert, Roy, James Perry, Johnnie Mai Harris and Emma Lou Hampton.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert Anderson (Bertha) and Terri Lynn DeMumbrum (Lonnie); her sister Ruby Nell Groves (Ray); and her grandchildren, Haley Anderson, Ronnie Epley, Patty Dean, Brittany Julian and Zachary Robinson. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
