She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Smock and Jessie Sanders Smock; her husband Thomas Willard Meadows Sr.; her children, T. W., Don, David, Jerry Meadows, Beverly Presson and Marie Sisco; and her siblings, Hershel Malcom Smock, Dudley Smock (Duck), Ray Smock and Ruth Tullock.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Dale Meadows (Debbie), Carolyn Jones, Nancy Gravitt (George) and Judy Odle (Clarence). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
