He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruse Woodrow Binkley and Zeda Dee Binkley (Simmons); his wife Isabelle Jane Binkley; and his sisters, Virginia Rose and Eloise Denton.

He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Binkley (Becky), John Binkley (Pam) and Wendell Binkley (Kim); his sister Gertrude Moore; and his grandchildren, Jenifer Westfall (Patrick), Erin Bowles (Jimmy), Ethan Binkley (Cori), Ben Binkley (Amanda), Lori Boyd (J. T.), Matthew Binkley (Kelsey) and Marcus Binkley. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Delma's memory may be made to Sycamore Chapel Church of Christ.
