He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lou Day (Arnold); his wife Pamela Day (Boshers); his children, David Wayne Day, Jr., Brian Michael Day, Steven Matthew Day (Arin), Derrick Clayton Day (Alison) and Heather Renee Gregory (Tim); his siblings, Jim Day (Sharon), Ronnie Day (Bonnie) and Tinda Davis (Brian); and his grandchildren, Hunter, John, Magnolia, Tobias and Wyatt.
