He is survived by: his daughter Oaklynn Rae Chambliss; his parents, Misty Green and Glenn Chambliss; his brother Nathan Pharris (Katt Stevens); his grandparents, Linda Green and David Chambliss (Debbie); his aunts, Tina Spencer, Brandy Pritchett and Tracie Warden; his uncle Gregory Green; his sister Kaitlyn Worthington; his aunts and uncles, Charlie Cantrell, Jeff Brock, Steve Brock, Jody Cantrell, Junior Woolverton, Ricky Boyd, Mack Williams, Jeremy Phillips, Cory Brizendine, JoJo Read, Maggie Cantrell, Tabitha Worthington and Crystal Woolverton; and his cousins, Kaden Pritchett, Dakota Warden and Austin Cantrell. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
