He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Deaton Fortner; his grandmother Inez Holland; and his sister Renee Fortner. He is survived by: his father Stanley Fortner; his daughters, Tiffany Fortner and Deanna Fortner; his sisters, Lisa Cooley and Becky Henry (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Joshua Crouse, Jr., Derick Fortner, Conner Crouse, Serenity Crouse and Sophia Crouse. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, & cousins.
