He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kramer and Mathilda Kramer; and his brother Wayne Charles Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Jan Kramer; his son Jesse Kramer (Christy); and his brothers, Eugene Kramer (Johnette) and Mark Kramer.
