She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Barnes; and her grandparents, John Barnes and Effie Barnes. She is survived by: her father John; her children, Jace R. Barnes and Anna Marie Barnes; her sister Brandy Ann Barnes (Joseph Keyes); her grandmother Ann Faught; and also Derrick McKenny.
In memory of Courtney, the family has requested donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Boyd Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
