He was predeceased by: his father Allen "Mack" Tansil, Sr.; his wife Beverly Newland Tansil; his daughter April Tansil; and his brother Rocky Lane Tansil. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy "Micki" Ford Tansil; his daughter Chassie Combs (Greg); his siblings, Bo Tansil, Tiger Tansil (Sharon) and Sabrina Hawk; and his grandchildren, Alexis Carter-Tansil, Airreannah Combs, James Combs and Saivyer Combs.
