He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Brewer; his children, Larry Brewer, Connie Warren and Sheila Chandler; and his close friend Carolyn Tipton.

He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Lewis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
