He was predeceased by: his brother Gene Tittsworth. He is survived by: his wife Luann Tittsworth; his children, Josh Cantrell (Ranee), Dee Barr (Dale), Dana Simpkins (Jason) and Tiffany Thornton; his sister Christine Ligon; his grandchildren, Johnny, Lana Ruth, Justin and Keaton; and his great grandchild MaKynzi.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in memory of the passing of Butch, be made to the Boyd F.H. to assist with funeral expenses.
