He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Nicholson and Mary Ruth Hunter Nicholson; and his brother Fred Allen Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Nicholson; his brothers, Harris Nicholson (Pat) and Kay Nicholson (Janet); his sons, Terrill Nicholson (Melanie) and Jarett Nicholson (Amy); and his grandchildren, Connor Nicholson, Hayley Nicholson, Preston Nicholson and Payton Nicholson.
