Boyd of Ashland City, TN; her grandchildren, Steven Polk, Freddy Polk, Samantha Polk and Andrew Polk; her great grandchildren, Dallas Davenport of Ashland City, TN and Tara Davenport of Ashland City, TN; and her sisters, Rita Dury West of Birmingham, AL and Theresa Dury Botts of Mt. Juliet, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
