He is survived by: his son Jerry Neal Edgin; his grandchildren, Frank Trunko (Elaine), Tammie Tinch (Carl), James Edgin (Sheena), Billy Edgin (Krista) and Kathryn McAllister (Ronn); his daughter-in-law Rita Edgin; and his friend Sammie Dozier. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
