She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson "Jack" Toon; her children-in-law, Kimberly Grubbs Toon and Gail Lynn Rhine; and her parents, Roy Cooper and Roena Vance Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Toon and Janice Toon Rhine; her grandson Tristin Xaiver Toon of Arrington, TN; her sister Maudene Pewitt Rutledge (Bobby); her sister-in-law Josephine Reed of Franklin, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Coggins (Jon) and Cliff Pewitt (Margaret).
