He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H Hawkins and Ora G. Hawkins. He is survived by: his sister Lucille H Jewell; his brother-in-law Malcolm F Jewell; his sister Edith H. Baskin; his brother-in-law Moses Baskin; and his friends, Russell, Lori Cooper, Sylvia Couch, Jamie Yates, Mike, Jackie Freeman and Resa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
