He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Lynch and Anna Tucker Baugh; and his sister Rebecca Litchfield (Becky). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gayle Baugh; his sons, Brian Baugh (Shelly), Christopher Baugh and Stephen Hollis; his sister Kathy Nicholson (Larry); his grandchildren, Kris Brown, Michelle Messinger and Emma Baugh; and his great grandchildren, Kloe Johns and Ariana Brown.
