He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lee Pace. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Pace; his children, Rebecca and Daniel Pace; his father Larry Pace; his siblings, David Pace (Teresa) and Sherri Surman (John Philbin); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Liles (Kay) and Bill Liles (Carol Jan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Bill may be sent to Arlington Church of Christ (PO BOX 398 Arlington, TN 38002).
