She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Dennis Dugan; and her brother Timmy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Eavenson (Shawn), Casey Dugan (Tracy) and Sean Dugan (Amy); her siblings, Carol LaGraize (Dan), Jay Johnson (Julia), Eddie Johnson (Rosalie) and Danny Johnson (Susan); and her grandchildren, Carter, Presley Cate, Dylan, Via, Jackson and Isabelle. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
The family has requested any memorial donations be made to LeBonheur Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Hospital, The American Diabetes Association, Ave Maria in Bartlett, or organizations benefiting disabled veterans.
