She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Leech and Anna Lee Leech. She is survived by: her husband Isaac Horace Proctor of Arlington, TN; her sister Gayle Cooper of Merritt Island, FL; her sons, Dr. Fred Proctor of Dawson, AL and Morris Proctor; her children-in-law, Debra and Scherry; and her grandchildren, Teresa, Tracy and Benjamin. She is also survived by two step grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew.
