He was predeceased by: his parents, Oyd Ainsworth and Onita Smith Ainsworth. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Kloek (Scott), Neysha Ainsworth (Jay), Pam Jones (Rick), Gregg Ainsworth (Jodi) and Bobby Pierce; and his grandchildren, Chris Jones, Gabriel Ainsworth, Graham Kloek, Andrew Kloek, Ashton Ainsworth, Andrew Pierce, Andrea Pierce and Angie Tingle. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
