She is survived by: her sons, Jim Forsythe and Donnie Forsythe (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Wayne Forsythe (Lisa), Eddie Forsythe (Bridgett), Eric Forsythe (Angi), Clint Forsythe (Roshanda), Justin "BoBo" Forsythe (Morgan), Lindsey Miller (Anthony) and Ashton Roberts (Darrell). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
