Garrett; her husband Melvin Winkle of Pickrell; her children, Charles Garrett, Jr. of Mississippi, Peggy Jeanes (Dana) of Mississippi, Janet Lutz (Coutrney) of Mississippi and Jerry Garrett (Carla) of Mississippi; her stepchildren, Neil Winkle (Ginnie), Russell Winkle (Barb) and Jeff Winkle (Deb); and her sister Marilyn of Washington. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
