He was predeceased by: his father Edward 'Boots Cothren. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Collins Cothren of Ardmore, TN; his children, Mandy Hoffmann of Taft, TN and Michael Cothren (Brea Smith) of Ardmore, TN; his grandchildren, Joseph Allan Patrick, Jessie Curtis Patrick, Laken Reece Cothren, Bailey Hope Cothren and Rylan Brook Cothren; his mother Nora Frances Hopkins of Ardmore, TN; and his brother Charles Edward Cothren (Kathy Bates) of Ardmore, AL. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kelly's Creek Baptist Church.
