He is survived by: his wife Amanda Caldwell of Ardmore; his children, Kelsie Caldwell of Ardmore, Kaylie Ables (Andrew) of Pulaski, Aiden and Ashton Caldwell of Ardmore; and his siblings, Dennis Caldwell of Oceanside, CA, Yolanda Phillips of Oceanside and Lisa Davila of Ohio, Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
