She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Whitehead and Ruby Rouse Whitehead; and her husband Leon Calvin Clem. She is survived by: her sons, R. L. Clem, Danny Clem and Randall Clem; and her siblings, Bob Whitehead, Peggy Whitehead and Dorothy Whitehead. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
