He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Riggs and Bonnie Mae Neal Riggs; and his wife Betty Junior Riggs. He is survived by: his son Jeff Riggs of Huntsville, AL; his grandson Wade Riggs (Brittney) of Ardmore, AL; and his great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Gracie and Bellamy Riggs.
