Georgia Marie Wessling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Marie Wessling of Ardmore, Tennessee, born in Rochester, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Anderson and Hazel Marie Nation (Barnes); her husband Jerald Eugene Wessling; her son-in-law Thad Tew; her brothers, Charles Freeman Nation and Jack Goodwin; and her siblings-in-law, Loretta Goodwin, Leroy Wessling and Lois Wessling.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Lynn Tew of Ardmore, AL and Martin Theodore Wessling (Michelle) of Elkmont, AL; her grandson Michael Slavin; her siblings, Margie Ann Dale and Roger Dale Nation; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Dean Wessling (Sue) of Las Vegas, NV, Loyal Curtis Wessling of Portsmouth, NH and Mary Jayne Hopkins of Walla Walla, WA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
