He is survived by: his wife Joan Carruth of Ardmore, TN; his son Billy Joe Carruth, Jr. of Athens, AL; his siblings, Richard Carruth of Athens, AL, James Carruth of Toney, AL and Peggy Ann (Scott); his grandchildren, Lee Carruth and Mason Carruth; and his great grandchild Zane Carruth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19 those attending the services will be required to wear a face mask and social distancing will be in effect.
