He was predeceased by: his son William Wiley Horton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Stone; and his children, Mitchel Theron Horton, Patricia Horton Jarvis (Thomas), Karen Nance Horton and Susan Horton Clark. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
